Cops and Robbers! - What do you know about senses and body parts?

The "Cops and Robbers" activity is an engaging educational exercise aimed at testing and enhancing pupils' understanding of the human body parts and the five senses. Initially, pupils are given two minutes to jot down everything they can recall about the body's senses and parts on their own. This phase encourages them to draw upon their memory and existing knowledge without the influence of their peers, promoting independent thinking and recall ability.

Following this, the game takes an interactive turn as pupils are given 60 seconds to 'steal' ideas from their classmates. They are permitted to view the answers of up to three other children, taking note of any new or missed information and adding it to the 'Stolen knowledge' column of their table. This part of the activity not only makes learning fun but also fosters collaboration and sharing of knowledge among students. Each plausible statement written down, whether from their own recollection or acquired from peers, is awarded two points. The entire activity is designed to last 15 minutes, providing a quick and dynamic way for students to learn about the seen body parts and the five senses while also engaging in a friendly competition.
