The Human Life Cycle encompasses various stages, and one pivotal phase is puberty, which involves a series of physiological changes as children transition into adulthood. During this time, both boys and girls experience significant developments. For instance, boys will notice their voice deepening and the growth of pubic hair, while muscles develop and body hair appears. The shoulders of boys become broader, facial hair begins to emerge, and the penis enlarges. Simultaneously, the body starts producing key hormones such as testosterone, which plays a crucial role in these changes.

Girls, on the other hand, will observe their breasts becoming larger and the commencement of menstrual periods. The ovaries start producing eggs, signalling the onset of fertility. Body hair also grows, and hips widen in preparation for potential future childbirth. In addition to these physical changes, girls' bodies begin to produce essential hormones like oestrogen and progesterone. Both genders will notice the growth of armpit hair, and boys will begin producing sperm. These changes are natural and mark the progression into the reproductive phase of the human life cycle.
