Max Maths, Year 6, Try it, Measuring volume

In the 'Try It' section of the Max Maths Year 6 materials, pupils are presented with an engaging task to measure the volume of liquid in various measuring cylinders. The first activity requires students to observe each cylinder and write down the volume of liquid it contains. The cylinders are marked with measurements in millilitres (ml), and students must read the scales accurately to determine the volume in each one.
