Stems - Self Assessment

The self-assessment tool presented is designed to help students evaluate their understanding of plant biology, particularly the functions and structures within a plant's stem. It prompts students to reflect on whether they can identify the specific parts of the stem responsible for the transportation of water and nutrients. Additionally, the tool encourages students to consider if they can articulate the process by which water moves through a plant, from the roots up to the leaves, and to define the term 'transpiration', which is the process of water vapour being released from plants into the atmosphere.
