Planting Review - Objectives Labels
Science Resource Description
In Lesson 1.15 titled "Planting Review," students are set to engage with the natural world by learning to identify and name various common plants found in the wild and in gardens. This includes an exploration of both deciduous and evergreen trees. The objective of the lesson is clear and straightforward: by the end of the session, students should be able to recognise a range of plant species and understand their basic classifications.
The lesson's success is measured by the students' ability to answer specific questions that demonstrate their understanding. They will be asked to list the necessary conditions for plant growth, identify plants that propagate from bulbs as well as those that grow from seeds, and to mention a type of plant that does not originate from either seeds or bulbs. These questions aim to consolidate their knowledge of plant biology and the diversity of plant life cycles, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the topic.
