How muscles work - Experiment write up
Science Resource Description
In our exploration of human anatomy, we conducted an experiment to understand how muscles function. Initially, we laid out a clear plan of action, complemented by diagrams to visualise the steps we intended to take. However, as with any scientific inquiry, adaptability was key; we encountered moments that required us to reassess our approach and re-think certain aspects of our experiment to ensure accurate results. Despite these challenges, many elements of the experiment worked well, allowing us to gain valuable insights into muscle mechanics.
Our findings shed light on the intricate workings of muscles in conjunction with the human skeleton. We discovered the fundamental reasons why humans have skeletons and muscles, delving into the specifics of muscle types and their roles in movement and support. If given the opportunity to repeat the experiment, we would implement certain changes to refine our methodology and possibly enhance the quality of our data. This reflective process is crucial in the scientific method, as it guides future experiments towards more precise and informative outcomes. Overall, the experiment was a success in expanding our understanding of the human muscular system.
