The Time Assessment for Year 2 students is a comprehensive evaluation designed to test their understanding of reading and interpreting time. Further practical applications of time measurement are presented in questions where students must deduce the duration of Zach's bus journey to the cinema and the time Tia arrives at school after her journey. For example, if Zach's journey starts at 6 o'clock and he arrives at 25 minutes to 7, the journey takes 35 minutes. Students also apply their knowledge to physical activities; for instance, if Leanna can do 5 star jumps in 10 seconds, she would be able to complete 15 in 30 seconds.
