7 Times Tables - What's Left

"What's Left?" is an engaging and educational board game that helps players practice their 7 times tables in a fun and interactive way. Each player needs a counter and a standard 1 to 6 die to begin the game. The objective is to navigate a board specifically designed with numbers that challenge players to divide by seven and calculate the remainder. Players take turns rolling the dice and moving their counter up the board according to the number rolled.

When a player lands on a number, they must divide it by seven and work out what's left after multiplying the closest multiple of seven. For example, if a player lands on the number 36, they calculate 36 divided by 7. Since 5 times 7 equals 35, there is a remainder of 1. The player then scores 1 point for that turn. The game continues with players accumulating points based on the remainders they score. The winner is determined as the player with the highest score when the first player crosses the finish line on the board. This game not only reinforces multiplication skills but also enhances mental arithmetic and division with remainders.
