To get started, each participant needs a set of coloured pencils and a copy of the "Products of 2 Board," which is a grid filled with numbers. The objective is to pair numbers together where one number is the factor and the other is the product of multiplication by 2. For example, if you choose the number 5, you would look for its pair, 10, since 5 multiplied by 2 equals 10. Once a pair is found, both numbers are coloured in with the same colour pencil.</p>

<p>Participants continue the exercise by selecting a new colour and searching for a different set of pairs to colour in. The process repeats, with each set of pairs being coloured in a unique hue to distinguish them from the others. The goal is to colour all the pairs on the board, ensuring that each pair consists of a factor and its corresponding product after multiplication by 2.
