Decimal Go Large is an engaging educational game designed to help players understand and compare decimal numbers using place value. The game requires a 0-9 dice and participants to create their own playing board, which consists of three columns labelled 'Units', 'Tenths', and 'Hundredths'. The objective is to strategically place the digits rolled on the dice into these columns to form the largest possible decimal number.

Players take turns to roll the dice and must decide the best column to place their digit to create a large decimal number, keeping in mind that once a digit is placed, it cannot be moved. The game continues with each player rolling the dice until they have filled their board with a unit, tenths, and hundredths number. Example numbers could be 6.58, 8.65, or 5.86, with the player who constructs the largest number earning a point. The first player to accumulate five points wins the game. During play, discussions are encouraged about the value of each digit and how its worth varies depending on its position within the number, highlighting the importance of place value in the context of decimals.
