Sharing Equally - Year 1 Year 1 Maths programme of study - Number (number and place value, multiplication and division): count in multiples of twos, fives and tens solve one-step problems involving multiplication and division In 'Sharing Equally - Year 1' pupils are introduced to division through sharing by using 1:1 correspondence. These activities cover the year 1 curriculum objectives listed above and supports the White Rose small steps guidance for year 1 - Summer- Block 1 - Multiplication and Division.
