Students are tasked with finding the range of these distances by subtracting the shortest from the longest distance. They then determine the mode by identifying the distance that appears most often. The median is found by ordering the distances from smallest to largest and selecting the one in the middle. For the mean, students sum all the distances and divide by the number of learners, rounding to the nearest 0.5 km where necessary. These exercises not only provide practice but also reinforce the students' understanding of how to interpret and calculate statistical measures in real-world contexts.
