Brightstorm - Session 22 - Reading Comprehension

"Brightstorm" presents a reading comprehension exercise based on Chapter 28, which prompts students to delve deeper into the motivations and relationships between characters. Questions range from asking why Eudora is having a photograph taken, to the reasons behind her decision to destroy evidence. Students are also encouraged to consider the familial ties that link Eudora Vane to the twins, and to reflect on Violetta's potential feelings of shame towards the Vane family's deeds.

The exercise further explores themes of family and loyalty, with a question about Felicity's views on what constitutes a family. Additionally, students are asked to examine how Arthur manages to create a diversion to facilitate their escape from Eudora, and to investigate how the thought-wolves were able to track down Harriet, Felicity, and the twins.
