Trampolining is a unit of learning from PE Resources Bank. The unit outlines a range of PE sessions, each of which include a range of physical activities, that will allow students to improve their physical fitness, skills and coordination and shall enable them to cover all of the National Curriculum objectives for Key Stage 4.
