Maths Resource Description
In this video Paul Andersen explains how the global climate is changing as a result of natural phenomenon and human actions. Changes in the solar radiation due to variations in the Earth's tilt and orbit have caused the ice ages. Increased use of fossil fuels is increasing the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and is warming the planet. Climate models allow us to predict future changes to the climate and inform our decisions. A K-12 teaching progression is also included.
