Pzaz Lesson Observation
The lesson observation for a Year Group class was conducted to assess various aspects of teaching and learning. The lesson was meticulously planned, taking into account pupils' prior knowledge, skills, and understanding. This thoughtful preparation led to the creation of suitably challenging tasks. The teacher's adept use of Assessment for Learning (AFL) strategies enabled them to identify and effectively intervene at key moments, significantly enhancing the quality of learning.
