To start, mount the provided bingo sheet with sixteen words onto a piece of A4 card for durability. Then, cut the second sheet into individual cards, ready for the game.

Playing is simple: turn the sixteen word cards face down and let your child select one, turn it over, and read the word aloud. They then match it to the corresponding word on the bingo sheet. The game continues until all the cards have been correctly matched. To reinforce learning, make additional flash cards with three-letter words such as 'cat', 'bed', 'win', 'hot', and 'cup'.
