Phonics Phase 2 Captions - Pre-K Reading Captions uses the DfES Letters and Sounds suggested captions for words in phase 2 sets 1-5. Children begin to use and apply their decoding skills on simple material suitable for their word reading level. The resource uses cute and colorful illustrations alongside each caption to engage the learner. Prior to the introduction of a new letter and sound, all previously learnt letters are revisited to check understanding.
