Hey there cutie pies! Today I am walking you through stretches for a flexible back. This warm up and stretch routine is great to do on a daily basis to supplement your flexibility training and get that back limber and mobile. Although this video is aimed towards back flexibility for dancers, all of these beginner stretches can be used by anyone- especially gymnasts, yoga lovers, and contortionists. Having a back flexibility routine is key to seeing progress because flexibility comes with consistency, proper alignment, and patience (my least favorite word... haha). Try these stretching exercises out and be sure to listen to your body as you do- you want to stretch, not strain.
