Proteins & Enzymes - AQA Biology

In this video we discuss proteins and specifically enzymes, which are a type of protein. We discuss what an enzyme is, what it does an how it works as a biological catalyst. We also take a look at the factors which affect enzyme action (pH and Temperature) and discuss how and why this occurs.
